Pitchfork x Broken Bells

Today marks the release of Broken Bells. The debut album of indie band Broken Bells featuring artist–producer Danger Mouse and James Mercer, the lead vocalist and guitarist for the Portland indie rock band The Shins. We think it’s the best album of the year, so far. Above you can find the first live session by Pitchfork. A true must have. You can still listen to the complete album at 3VOOR12.     Definitely true. I have listened to the album (3 voor 12)
    on repeat since it was posted and it hasn't failed my senses once. Where The Shins sometimes loose themselves (though geniusly brought) in drums and howling lyrics, this album with Modest Mouse roams the coasts more gently.
    My first selected summer album of 2010 is a total winner! Great blog here !

Yacht It's not a boat, you know. When we learned Yacht, a great cult-inspired electronic pop band, teamed up with The XX for a remix of their single The Afterlife (check the video above), we couldn't help ourselves.
