Probably the best album you’ll hear this year. Unbeatable beats and the two most talented rappers alive. You are now watching The Throne. Get the deluxe version. Our favorites? New Day, Why I Love You & Illest Motherf**ker Alive. Infographic via The Fader.

Moments is a new production by Teebs. Almost 200 smoke bombs were used to create this seemingly never ending transition. This guy is one of Brainfeeder‘s finest. Looks great!

Stumbled upon these Room 205 sessions via our musical likeminds of Nutriot. In this session, Daedelus wanted to re-imagine the space as a Victorian-era séance. So, with a bit of help from director Michael Reich and set designer Tamarra Younis, that’s exactly what he did. If you digg this little experimental thingie, don’t sleep on Sundown and One and Lonely.

The boys and girls from MADE Berlin like to tease us every now and then with an unexpected performance, art exhibition or magazine launch. Last month, the Berlin collective invited Stones Throw favorite Aloe Blacc for a Billie jean tribute. The song was interpreted by Miki and his string-quintet, who translated the soul and funk infused music into classical compositions. Such a sweet little moment. Great work. Check out other songs over here.

Well, we can’t say we really liked Skateboard P‘s productions over the last years. However, this track with rapper Noreaga (hopefully) is a game changer. The result? An oldskool Neptunes sound, with a twist. Auch.
